Our pork is of the Duroc Breed which is known as a Heritage breed. Heritage breed refers to the breed of pigs that were farmed prior to the industrial boom and factory farming. Heritage breeds are naturally hardy animals that live off of the land and produce more flavorful, juicy meat.
Our pork is sourced from family farms in MN and PA that are known for producing the highest quality Duroc Pork.
