We believe in sourcing beef that is high quality, consistent, and from farms that value sustainable practices. Our all natural beef line is sourced from purebred cattle that are born, raised and harvested in the US. They have no added hormones, are fed 100% vegetarian diet and are graded at least USDA Choice.
Our pork is of the Duroc Breed which is known as a Heritage breed. Heritage breed refers to the breed of pigs that were farmed prior to the industrial boom and factory farming. Heritage breeds are naturally hardy animals that live off of the land and produce more flavorful, juicy meat.
Murray's Chickens are grown slowly on small family farms in NY and PA, are never administered antibiotics and were the first in the industry to be given the Certified Humane Label. This juicy chicken is a favorite of high end restaurants and is received fresh by us daily.
Our seafood consists of wild caught and sustainably farm-raised fish. When possible and in season, we source our fish directly from local day-boat fishermen. Everything is hand-cut by our seasoned fish mongers.
