I had stopped buying strip steaks locally at the supermarket for over 6 months despite them being prime or "angus choice" because of the toughness with the gristle in the meat.
There was too much waste and flavor was just okay.

Received a chop box in Ohio. Ny strips were tender and delicious. Packaging was great and the food stayed cold. Received some other items such as bacon, sword fish, and some plant based burgers. Bacon was fantastic. Have not try the other items yet but looking forward to it.
