We order these every May, several packages, and enjoy them all summer long on the grill. They are delicious and juicy, light casing that's not tough or chewy, and excellent flavor.
Tastes like a classic hot dog. When you bite into it, the skin “snaps”, just like hot dogs use to. Great flavor too!

These are great. I first ordered them from the company three or four years ago when I couldn't find my usual hot dogs in the store. I've been buying them ever since, until the company took a break from shipping them. I'm very happy to see they are available again. And, as much as I love grilling them, I have to admit that the company's suggested method of hydrotoasting (1/4" of water in a pan, boil it down until it's gone, rolling the hot dogs to get them crisp on all sides) is excellent.
These hot dogs are super tasty, low in sodium, and the longest hot dog i ever saw for a normal dog (not named a foot long).
You will appreciate how good these are the moment you try eating any other hot dog.

After reading the reviews I decided to give these a try...just ok in my opinion. Too thin a little dry & smoky. Love the Thurmann hot dogs. Great snap & flavor, no need to pile on the condiments.
Hi folks, I had the Brooklyn hot dog today. I ordered them because an from Brooklyn. As I said, they're okay. The skin kind of peels off and they're to thin. Next time I will try Thurmann's. Ciao
Im used to the Thumanns. These are half the width. They taste OK but they just arent anywhere near as tasty or plump as the Thumanns. Sorry. Ill have to come to NJ with a cooler and get them in a grocery store. I do ie your site though.
