At Chop Box, we stand behind The Best Meat You'll Ever Eat.
If your order doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, please reach out to us at  support@chopbox.com — we’ll make it right.

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, spoiled, or not cool to the touch, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled, we will replace it or issue a refund.

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please contact us within 24 hours so we can help investigate with the carrier.
