Do I need a subscription or membership to order?

No subscription or membership is needed! Order a la carte or subscribe, whichever you wish.

Can I cancel my order?

Click on the Account button (on the top right), click on the Order, then click Cancel order. Or you can reach us at support@chopbox.com or 973-859-3280.

What if I want to speak to someone?

What is the Best Price Promise?

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the lower 48 states with the exception of New Mexico, Idaho, and Wyoming.

When will I receive my order?

We ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same day; orders placed after 1 PM ship on the next shipping day. Transit time is typically 1–2 days once shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $9.99 to our 1–2 day zone — or free if you’re a Chop Secret member.

This zone includes:

NY, NJ, PA, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME, DE, MD, OH, VA, WV, IN, IL, KY, NC, SC.

For all other states in the continental U.S., shipping is $59.99, or $49.99 with a Chop Secret membership.

Why do you have a shipping minimum?

We have a shipping minimum to reduce environmental impact. Shipping perishable proteins requires insulated packaging and ice packs. By setting a minimum, we ensure each box is efficiently packed and shipped, which lowers packaging waste, reduces carbon emissions per order, and keeps your proteins cold and fresh in transit.

Do I need to be home when my Chop Box arrives?

You don’t need to be home when your order arrives. Every box is packed with insulation and dry ice to keep your proteins at the right temperature for several hours after delivery. Just bring it inside and store it in the freezer or fridge when you can.

My box has been in transit for a while, is it still good?

Yes. We design every shipment to stay cold and safe well beyond the expected transit time. Your proteins are packed in insulated boxes with plenty of dry ice, so even if your box takes longer than expected, it should still arrive frozen or cool to the touch. If any items arrive warm, please contact us right away and our Cold Box Guarantee will make it right.

What is the Cold Box guarantee?

At Chop Box, we stand behind every shipment. Your proteins will always arrive cold, fresh, and safe — or we’ll make it right. If there’s ever an issue with temperature or quality on delivery, our team will replace your order or refund you immediately.
