When will my package be delivered?
Refer to the schedule below.
For more detailed information, refer to the FedEx tracking number that you should have received in an email or text message.
Don't worry if your package is delayed, we pack enough dry ice for 3 days! When received, please make sure that the product (if not still frozen) is cool to the touch, if there are any issues please reach out!
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide to all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you charge for shipping?

Do I need to be home when my Chop Box arrives?
You do not need to be home. Our product ships in an insulated box with dry ice and can sit outside for several hours without issue.
How do I dispose of packaging?
All of the packaging is 100% curbside recyclable.
What is your refund policy?
We want to provide you with - The Best Meat You'll Ever Eat - If for any reason we didn't deliver on that, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right.
If a product package broke during transit or product was received and wasn't cool to the touch, please take a picture a send to email@example.com.
For any other issue, please contact us within 10 days of your shipment, and we'll refund all or a portion of your shipment depending on the circumstances.
Any issued refunds take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
How do I redeem my rewards?
1) Click the Rewards Bubble on the bottom right of the website
2) Click 'Sign In' or 'Join Now'
3) Sign in or create an account
4) Click 'Ways to Redeem'
5) Click 'Redeem'
6) Choose how much you want to redeem and click 'Redeem'
7) Click 'Apply Code' and the discount will be applied when you checkout
