We ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) ship the same day; orders placed after 12 PM (noon) ship on the next shipping day. Transit time is typically 1–2 days once shipped.

You don’t need to be home when your order arrives. Every box is packed with insulation and dry ice to keep your proteins at the right temperature for several hours after delivery. Just bring it inside and store it in the freezer or fridge when you can.

Yes. We design every shipment to stay cold and safe well beyond the expected transit time. Your proteins are packed in insulated boxes with plenty of dry ice, so even if your box takes longer than expected, it should still arrive frozen or cool to the touch. If any items arrive warm, please contact us right away and our Cold Box Guarantee will make it right.
