Thawing Instructions
1) Keep lobster tails frozen until ready to use.
2) Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or for quicker thawing, place sealed lobster tails in cold water for 30–45 minutes.

Cooking Instructions
Lobster is best when cooked just until tender. Do not overcook.
Cook to an internal temperature of 135–140°F.

Broil (Recommended)
Preheat broiler to high.
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the shell lengthwise and gently lift the meat to rest on top.
Brush with melted butter and season lightly.
Place on a baking sheet and broil 5–8 minutes, until meat is opaque and lightly golden.

Grill
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Split tails lengthwise or grill whole shell-side down.
Brush meat with butter or oil.
Grill 6–8 minutes, until opaque and lightly charred.

Bake
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place prepared tails on a baking sheet.
Brush with butter and season.
Bake 10–12 minutes, until opaque.
