Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

2. Shipping Schedule & Processing

  • We ship Monday through Thursday to ensure your order arrives cold and safe.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a ship day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET will ship the next available day.

  • Transit time is typically 1–2 business days once shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

We divide the U.S. into two shipping zones:

  • 1–2 Day Zone (Northeast / Mid-Atlantic): Standard shipping is $9.99.

  • Extended Zone (Continental U.S.): Shipping is $49.99–$59.99 depending on distance and box size.

Chop Secret Members

  • Free 2-Day Shipping within the 1–2 day zone.

  • Discounted rates in extended zones (e.g., $39.99 instead of $49.99).

(You may also qualify for free shipping on orders over $150 within the Northeast zone.)

4. Minimums & Packaging

  • We maintain a small order minimum to ensure packaging efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Every order ships in an insulated box with dry ice to keep proteins cold during transit.

  • You do not need to be home to receive your box. Packaging is designed to maintain safe temperatures for several hours after delivery.

5. Delays & Transit Issues

We aim for all orders to arrive within 1–2 business days, but carrier or weather delays may occur.
If your order arrives warm or damaged, contact us right away — our Cold Box Guarantee means we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Please check that products are cold to the touch upon arrival. If not, email us with photos immediately.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

7. Our Guarantee

We stand behind every box we ship. If your order doesn’t arrive cold, fresh, and safe, we’ll replace it or issue a refund — no questions asked.
