perfectly cooked in my forman grill...tender pied of meat enjoyed with rice or baked potato... would be perfect if you offered A 5 oz steak...the 6oz is tasty and tender...but a little too much for me... I would buy more often if there was a 5 oz filet mignon available.
Wish that I could include a photo of the filets but the evidence what eaten and enjoyed. The steaks were just great. Wonderful flavor and just the right amount. We will be ordering again in the future.

I have always been a fan of chopbox filets, but I thought I would give Omaha Steaks a try. OMG, I disliked the texture and taste so much that I threw them away after taking just one bite. I then ordered 6 filets from Chopbox, and although they are incredibly expensive...you get what you pay for is something that is true in this case. Best tasting even when I accidently over cook them.
Chop Box meats are perfect. Had some friends over and no way was I going to buy store bought filet mignons. Went with 8 oz and the came out perfect, tender and flavorful. Some nice buttered onions over top. Yum. Chop box second to none.
We got one box and gave same boxes 2 family ...all were great as well as service and help from your "elves".

This may be a choice meat, but I would challenge anyone to just taste it and tell me this is not prime. I've been a customer of chop box for a long time now, because their meat is superior and their prices are right.
Excellent steaks. Cooked them sous vide and finished them with a reverse sear. Very tender and flavorful. Chop Box will be my go to for purchasing steaks from now on. Better quality and much less expensive than other vendors I have tried. The six filet mignons from from Chop Box were about $90 LESS than comparable steaks from the place I used for years.
As always, these filets were great! We had filets on grill for Easter instead of the traditional meal and everyone loved it. Tender with little to no fat! Thank you Chop Box! You never disappoint!! :)
