  1. Season the beef generously with salt and pepper on both sides
  2. In a large heavy skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the pan from heat, then stir in the butter and garlic, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, garnish with parsley if desired, and enjoy!
