Garlic Butter Tenderloin Tips
Ingredients:
- Beef Tenderloin Tips, 1lb,
- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley to garnish
Steps:

Season the beef generously with salt and pepper on both sides

In a large heavy skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Remove the pan from heat, then stir in the butter and garlic, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, garnish with parsley if desired, and enjoy!
