Why You'll Love It

Compart Duroc pork is prized by chefs and pitmasters for its rich marbling, tenderness, and deep red color — qualities you’ll taste in every bite of these baby back ribs. Cut from the loin, they’re naturally leaner than spare ribs but still deliver juicy flavor and a perfect bite when cooked low and slow. Raised without added hormones or growth promotants on family farms, Compart’s Duroc hogs are known as the “Black Angus of Pork.” Whether you smoke them, bake them, or grill them, these ribs bring competition-level quality to your table.

Why we love them: Exceptional marbling, consistent sizing, and that signature Duroc flavor that makes ribs truly memorable.
