How to Defrost

  • Quick Thaw (<30 min)

    Keep sealed and place in cold water, changing every 30 minutes until thawed.

  • Larger Cuts (1–2 hours)

    Use the cold water method for roasts or bigger pieces to thaw safely and faster.

  • Best Results

    Thaw in the refrigerator 24–48 hours ahead for the best texture and flavor.

Cook with Confidence

  1. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear over high heat in a cast-iron skillet or on the grill for 3–4 minutes per side
  3. Finish in a 400°F oven (if pan-searing) until the steak reaches your desired doneness.

For medium-rare, remove at 125°F internal temperature. Always rest for 5 minutes before slicing to ensure maximum juiciness and flavor.
