How to Cook

This ham is fully cooked and may be served cold immediately.

To serve warm:
Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan.
Add water to within ¼ inch of the ham’s base.
Cover loosely with foil and heat at 275°F until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
