    Organic Chicken Breast Meat Tenders Marinated in Water and Sea Salt. Breaded with
    Organic Yellow Corn Flour, Organic Corn Crumb (Organic Yellow Corn Flour, Sea Salt,
    Organic Raisin Juice Concentrate, Organic Honey), Water, Organic Yellow Corn Meal,
    Organic Rice Flour, Less than 2% of: Organic Soybean Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Corn Starch,
    Organic Garlic Powder, Organic Onion Powder, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Yeast
    Extract, Organic Canola Oil, Organic Extractive of Paprika.

    Flash fried in organic expeller pressed soybean oil to set breading.


    Cooking Instructions

    Our Breaded Tenders are uncooked.

    For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170°F as measured by the use of a meat thermometer.  Cooking times may vary.

    Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F.  Spread frozen tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.

    Air Fryer:  Cook frozen tenders for approximately 15 minutes at 400°F, flipping each tender and rotating racks (if applicable) after 8 minutes.

    Pan Fry: Heat vegetable oil (1/8″) in skillet until hot.  Fry tenders in hot oil over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning over after 5 minutes.  Tenders should be golden brown on both sides.


    • This item is in vacuum sealed packaging and is shipped frozen with dry ice and insulation to keep the product at an ideal temperature during transit. Consume by use by date for best results.

      Last day to place an order for Christmas delivery is Tuesday 12/20. We encourage ordering early when possible. Many of our products ship frozen and can safely be stored in the freezer until you are ready to thaw for the big day. Shipping delays can of course happen, especially in the busy holiday season, so why take the chance.

      For Northeast deliveries shipping is $14.99 and FREE on orders over $125.

      For deliveries outside of the Northeast shipping ranges from $29.99-39.99 based on the order size.

      You order is carefully packed with a thick 1.5" insulation and dry ice. Most orders are delivered in 1 day transit, however, we package them to last up to 72 hours in most conditions*. 

      The box and insulation are fully curbside recyclable..

      *Items may partially thaw in shipment but should arrive cold—below 40°F as measured with a food thermometer—if not solid frozen. As per the USDA Freezing and Food Safety Guidelines — meats that are refrigerator cold, partly frozen (solid), or frozen can be placed into the freezer for later use.

      Thawing Instructions

      BEST WAY (Recommended) 

      Our recommendation is to thaw in the refrigerator prior to cooking. Meat, poultry, and seafood can be thawed in their packaging. It should take no longer than a day to fully thaw one pound of meat; larger cuts of meat will take longer. Most seafood can defrost in as little as 12 hours. 

      FAST WAY 

      Need to quick thaw — vacuum sealed products should be placed in cold water for 30 to 60 minutes. We suggest using a waterproof package or bag to keep water out. In cold tap water submerge the sealed bag, changing the water every 30 minutes as it continues to thaw. Smaller packages of seafood/meat will typically thaw in an hour or less. Larger pieces can take several hours. 

      Our Seafood

      Our seafood consists of wild caught and sustainably farm-raised fish. When possible and in season, we source our fish directly from local day-boat fishermen. Everything is hand-cut by our seasoned fish mongers.
