These tenderloin tails are wonderful. As my husband and I only eat small portions I take off the end pieces, bag them and freeze. Later make steak au poivre with them. They are really delicious, very tender little tenderloins. I have bought them before and will again. Just wish the shipping were not so expensive.

Please don't ever change these. I have been a chef most of my life and quality hamburger has always been elusive. I've been in search of the best hamburger in Montana since I moved here in 2001. Well, I've found it. It's at MY HOUSE! I can not wait to serve these at my annual Jerk-Burger Party this September. This will be the best one yet! If you ever get a restaurant in Missoula to carry your product you must let me know. I don't eat out that often but I would go far for one of your hamburgers.

I bought this 3 bone Prime bone-in rib roast a couple months ago for my daughter's birthday. -July 18th . We dry aged it for two weeks, grilled it to 125f and finished it in the oven at 130f, rested it.....AND THE CROWD WENT WILD. WHAT A FANTASTIC MEAL!!!! I'll be getting another one this fall for my son's birthday. I only pray that it'll be every bit as good as this one was. Holy Moley!! Thank you for picking out a good one.
